A toZ 2014

As most of you know, I don't need an excuse to procrastinate.  So when I found out about the A to Z challenge, I just had to sign up to it!

I wrote this last year when I was thinking about doing the A-Z Blogging Challenge.  Well, nearly a year has passed and my ability to procrastinate is just as strong.  I really enjoyed doing the challenge last year and I really want to do it again this year.

I don't blog as often as I should, so this gives me the impetus to get a blog post out every day, and it also makes me have a wander around the blogosphere, having a looksee at the other blogs out there.

All you have to do is write a blog post every day throughout April (with Sundays off for good behaviour), and ensure that each blog post begins with a different letter of the alphabet.

Last year I wrote about Oulipian Writing Constraints.  This year I'm going for a different, non-writing, theme.  I know writing should probably be my theme, but last year I found a lot of blogs about the A to Z of grammar, or poetry, or books, or book characters, and although my theme isn't as original as last year, I just wanted to share a bit of myself with everyone.  It's not going to be personal; it's just going to be about some things that I like, so I hope you enjoy reading the posts.

So this year I will be sharing my music with you.  I like to think I have a wide and varied musical taste.  There are some genres that I enjoy more than others, but I will listen to pretty much anything.  I hope I can introduce you all to some new bands/artistes, and perhaps you could share some of your favourite music with me.

  1. I signed up for it and am already digging through the sign up list to find new blogs I can enjoy. Blogging is an addiction to me, I look forward to April!

    Cheers!

  2. I have two blogs in the challenge and I wrote about music for one of them as well! http://benicefollowrules.blogspot.com Sharing the music that is important to you is cool because just about everyone can relate.
